Questions, answered
What does “off-peak” mean?
The times a restaurant is usually quieter, like weekday afternoons or early evenings. Restaurants offer a discount on food to fill those tables.
Is there a fee?
The app is free. Each booking has a small booking fee, shown before you pay, and the discount comes off your food bill at the restaurant.
What does the discount cover?
Food. Drinks and any items the restaurant lists in the booking terms aren’t included. You’ll see the terms before you book.
What if I can’t make it?
Email us at media@sahteineats.com and we’ll help. Refunds of the booking fee are handled case by case.
Where is Sahtein Eats available?
We’re live in the UAE, starting with Dubai, and Lebanon is next.
How do points work?
You earn points for each visit and for reviews of restaurants you booked through the app. Points add up to Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers.
I own a restaurant. How do I join?
